Infobip Ignite – WhatsApp for business

Infobip recently chatted to clients and media about WhatsApp for business.

We all know the convenience of using WhatsApp and, yes, you might or might not have heard that businesses, whether big or small, are now able to use WhatsApp to run their communication more efficiently too.

Yup, in January 2018, WhatsApp released a standalone business app targeted at small business owners, called, you guessed it, WhatsApp Business. This app allows companies to communicate with customers who use the standard WhatsApp. Since then businesses have adopted WhatsApp to communicate effectively with their clients. It just makes life easier for the client and the company.

Good businesses, that care about their customers, or their staff, or their contractors had been looking for ways to communicate better and faster and in this case Infobip is here to give these aforementioned businesses a helping hand.

Infobip believes that enterprises should be where their customers are and WhatsApp has proven to provide the ideal solution to communicate efficiently, effectively and directly.

Customers want to connect with businesses on a familiar platform that is fast and is reliable and using WhatsApp for business messaging opens the door for better communications, says Infopib. This then leads to better customer engagement, increased trust, and long-term customer relationships.

Why WhatsApp?

The end to end encryption that WhatsApp provides makes this the safest app to use but the benefits do not end there:

• Send images, videos, files, GIFs, and more to complete processes faster.
• Share locations in real-time to enhance delivery services.
• Quickly send contact information to help connect the right person at the right time.
• Instantly provide documents for quick reviews and conversions.
